Pride is a feeling of self-importance that makes a person condemn certain thoughts or actions due to them seeing it as 'beneath them.'
Prejudice is making a pre-conceived assumption about a person or thing based on their genre/ethnicity and/or other known facts about their appearance or background before taking the time and effort to dig in and evaluate them to see what (if anything) sets them apart from everything else in the category the evaluator has dumped them in.
