An 8-bit version of 'Cassandra Gemini', the 32-minute final song on The Mars Volta's second album, Frances the Mute.

Holy gawd.

PS this thing will make like no sense unless you've heard the original already.

Great animation, too.

THIS: http://redsparowes.bandcamp.com/track/a ... d-subsides

(As Each End Looms and Subsides by Red Sparowes.)

I highly recommend listening when tired as it seems all the more epic.

I'm currently listening to the Keen 9 midis and mp3s. "The Leaky Gremlin" is great as an midi. I'm even warming up to "Void." A lot of the outtakes are good. I like "Untitled," Untitled 2," and "Parting Shot" by Umbrella, to name two.
I have the midis on a floppy and listen to them through my family's digital piano, a Yamaha Clavinova CVP 205. It's good when I don't have my computer available.

I approve of this, but Pantagonian Rats is still > All.

Here's something else you'll like Tulip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_426RiwST8

EDIT: Actually Melody 4 is freaking epic; thought of something else for a moment there.
