I've been hit with a vaporwave craze recently. I usually try to avoid the ambient, atmospheric kind of stuff as I find it a bit boring, and instead concentrate on finding sample-heavy music that has a lot of character. Floral Shoppe by Macintosh Plus is my favorite album as of now, despite its (IMO undeserved) status of a joke/meme.

Mega Drive's latest album – Seas of Infinity. For all you Retrowave/Synthwave fans out there, I recommend giving Mega Drive a shot (you probably already have). I'm not sure if their(?) latest album is as good as the previous ones, though.

I've been on a Gorillaz kick ever since Humanz was released and I incorporated it into my current fanfiction. I find myself listening to a lot of their music now;

Last Living Souls - Demon Days

Empire Ants - Plastic Beach

We Got the Power - Humanz

I'm binging on We GOt the Power in particular, it's a short piece but it is immensely dense in energy. It manages to stabilize my mood greatly.

Why do they all keep perishing, one by one? This, in particular, was a staple of the soundtrack of past Keen Modding efforts by Benvolio. A lost era, one might say. Both musically and, in the Keen world.

Just another Recycled Metallica Record, for the last few records just cut n paste to produce a cheap record and expect it to sell, they got my money with Death Magnetic (NEVER AGAIN!) which was just a clone of St Anger, very disappointing what would Cliff Burton be saying from the other side of what became of Metallica after he died 31 years ago?, Metallica is a band well and truly past it's prime, they simply should have disbanded 31 years ago rather than continue as a money making machine by producing cheap records, Even Megadeth is always evolving and making records worth buying and listening to, Dystopia is a great record, much better than the Metallica Money Making Machine!

Carpenter Brut - Roller Mobster

This AMV isn't made of your typical Anime, it's very mature and realistic and so is it's visuals
which is also the most tragic, as the visuals seems like they'd rather tell a story of resistance against German occupation of Japan doing WW2
was i surprised when i watched the full Anime. to find out it is a Story of red hood and the Wolf
with a much darker depiction of the Classic faerie tale within it. then we was told as children.

Damned and Divine by Tarjan Turunen

I really like her voice. :) She is able to sing metal songs, but classic aswell.
I am still impressed by her skills. Favorite female singer, no doubt about it.

I recently came across an anime called Interstellar 5555 about a week ago and loved it. It's the anime commissioned by Daft Punk that featured music their album Discovery. Since then I've been hooked on Harder Better Faster Stronger.
