But for my life, I can't remember what it's called.

It involved controlling a "squad leader" who could summon reinforcements (aka rather stupid AI-controlled soldiers) and airstrike/infiltration, against arachnid-like aliens who spawned from nests, to eventually retrieve a giant crystal (by surviving the last level for 30 minutes).

Anyone remember this?

Is it diamond rescue? Well, that crystal part would be correct, anyway.

Nah, there's no way it's Diamond Rescue.
