DJ Puff's Volcanic Capers

Alright! Today is my lucky day because I've got another game I was looking for years! It's one of these game where you hardly remember anything from them. I remembered it was with dragon, 16 color game with blue sky.
So I was looking for this game long before, and now I was looking for it again. I didn't knew it's name, but it appears to be DJ Puff's Volcanic Capers. I think it was a rare one. It doesn't appears on most of the lists of classic dos games. But it appears that it's not only for dos.
Man, was that game hard! And even now, it appears to be almost as hard as I remember it. But now I see it's flaws. Funny, I don't remember it being so buggy. You can lost life if you hardly approach enemy without even touching it. And you can't hardly react from approaching enemies or their shots.
Has anyone played this? If not, it's still challenging to beat even the first level!
