Looks like it has similar mechanics to lemmings, but it's not lemmings. It's a ripoff of lemmings, maybe, but I have no idea what it is.

It's nowhere near Lemmings. Those pixelated people there are just people that rearm your craft (IIRC that is. If not, they were just killable doodads). Oops, I think I revealed too much!

Hmm... Looks like an early version of a game I've only ever seen one screenshot of that was a takeoff on the game Circus Atari.
As I have a completely uninformed opinion, I'm most likely wrong, but I figured I'd guess, just on the offchance that I'm correct...

That looks like it IS Circus Atari if you ask me (I have the game).
