Guess that game!
Aand the first game is Titus The Fox, which is also known as Moktar. I'd suggest try it before searching anything about it. It's full of secrets, but it's hard.
Here are two new challenges. A strategy:
And this one is a puzzle clone, which has memorable (but not much in a good way) music and isn't really really that good of a game anyway:
I don't particularly like these two.

I feel sad knowing that's final fantasy 8 only because of watching negative reviews on it.
edit: two for the price of one.

That first one is The Playroom. I remember playing that as a very small child on a Windows 98 machine (I still have the hard drive from it); I was terrified of that dragon in the window. To be honest, I always remembered everything as having a higher color depth, so it took me a moment to recognize that shot.
I know that feeling, watching keen through blurry eyes after staring at our CRT monitor for too long, thinking how nice it looked after comparing it to cga gamesFleexy wrote:To be honest, I always remembered everything as having a higher color depth, so it took me a moment to recognize that shot.
Here's another one that's a little newer, but was a favorite growing up. THOSE GRAPHICS!!!

Funny, apparently I started this thread and I don't even remember.
Now try to guess this DOS game with just the description:
It's a shmup. You're a cat. A cat in space. You protect your planet against the human invaders in your trusty space ship.
I played through the game legitimately and liked it.VikingBoyBilly wrote:I feel sad knowing that's final fantasy 8 only because of watching negative reviews on it.
Supaplex! I played that a lot, it's a rather nice looking Boulderdash clone. And what's wrong with the music? Repeats too much at a certain point I guess?wiivn wrote:And this one is a puzzle clone, which has memorable (but not much in a good way) music and isn't really really that good of a game anyway:
