Do you mean the old grid-based game where you shoot at Klingons? There's an advanced rule-set version on most Linux'es/BSD's in the bsdgames package. I also have a web version with the '78 Super Star Trek rules here, but it uses css and unicode to do it in a semi-graphical way. I also know where there's C source for both the '78 Super Star Trek and BSD versions.

For text games in general, there's still a community making, collecting, and playing Infocom-style adventures. The main download site is here: http://www.ifarchive.org/

Edit:
Most of what I've found on Star Trek comes from here (url tag doesn't work): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek_(text_game)

Do Roguelikes count? If so I have a few I could recommend. There's also one I'm programming myself though it's on hold until I come up with some actual ideas for it.

Played an old bulletin board game called L.O.R.D. An asynchronous online RPG. But that's the only text based game I got into.
