I tried to change my leopard's configuration, but I can't for some reason. Not even to disable spotlock.

It's actually quite simple, Chinese leopard is closely related to english leopard, both being derived from the original language. http://leopardprogramming.wordpress.com/

I thought I found the source code to Keen in DooM, but it turned out just to be CGA Keen Dreams.

According to Andy Durdin, traces of Keen code still exist in DOOM 3 source.

They could stretch back to Dangerous Dave.

Not much chance I'm afraid, a lot of stuff was changed between DD, DDiCI and Keen 1, of what's in the DOOM 3 source, most of it's pretty general stuff recycled from previous projects in the way such things are when you're too lazy to code from scratch.
