Zdoom does not work in Dos Box.
I know that Ctrl Alt F5 gets me into record mode for DOS Box. I want to record something for Zdoom in Dos Box. It's not going to work in Doom because I'm recording a demonstration of modified text strings. So some won't show up in the program WhackEd2.
What I want to know is how do I record in Zdoom if possible? I have already considered using WhackEd2 but some strings from the file language.enu aren't there. I edited that file in Slade.

I also asked on zdoom forum. It's got a good answer already so you don't have to post anymore.Bernie wrote:why dont you ask on the doomworld.com forums?

I always found this forum is a legitimate means of asking about anything related to old games since so many of us play a whole bunch of them. Also this forum is smaller so your post is most likely seen by every active user.morris_fudley wrote:I also asked on zdoom forum. To sum it up I encourage you guys to continue posting your questions here, may they be keen related or not. We will help to our best knowledge.

I have a few programs I must run in windows 3.1 in DosBox.Paramultart wrote:I know two people already answered this, but holy garg why would you ever try running ZDoom in DosBox? Are you like a granny doomer or something?
Because I refuse to buy that fancy virtual PC thing.
