I was skeptical but this is incredibly well done. It's like an updated Catacombs 3D.

Indeed, I realise that. I mean that its atmosphere is along the lines of what I imagine Catacomb 3D might be like if adapted to a newer engine.

Thoughts of "what could have been" for HP come to mind. The side scroller was wonderful, and this is one of the best translations to 3D I have seen.

I was just playing it tonight. It's even better to play than to watch. The
outdoor areas are impressive.
Had some major shading glitches with zdoom, but once I got gzdoom compiled and running it worked perfectly.
Presumably it is possible to run multiplayer games. We'll probably attempt it via the
IRC channel sometime soon.
