Version 1.9.9.8 For Windows and Android

Some days ago I published an update for Windows to download and an Android version which is also on the google play store.
This time mewingtree helped me a lot with some coded fixes, giving more feedback on resource files and other nice hints. Also multiple users reported issues that now are fixed. One example are the ampton sounds in Keen 5. Special thanks for them also.
