Yep, you posted it in the correct forum. I haven't seen this text anywhere, but of course that doesn't mean anything.

Yeah, I noticed Speight's sig too. It's kinda catchy---can't tell if I heard it somewhere before, but I don't think I did. Even so, it might be from something i never saw.
The Viking II lander actually did land on a 'rock' on Mars.

Actually Retodon8 made the Viking Lander thread I am referring to.MortimerInBlack wrote: well now i have to say something cuz both those things are things i started.

...which will somehow cause Retodon8 to come out of the woodwork and post on this thread...

Hehe, my post about it was a good deal earlier than that, but oh well. It's on the old forum and i dont wanna find it. No one replied to it anyway.
Yeah, dictionary.com says the same stuff, but idk what it means. Perhaps its a valid last name. 2 bad jonny seems absent and/or oblivious.

I just saw an old German TV comedy today, called "Ein Herz und eine Seele" and the ending credits showed:
"based on an idea by Johnny Speight"
I just googled it and apparently the english version of the series is "Till Death Us Do Part"
Maybe that's where jonnyspeight got his name from.

Re: jonnyspeight
I remembered I was actually a member of this forum many years ago and looked my old self up. I have never heard of that Till Death do us Part, but now I'm going to have to look into it! Though that name is a Twilight Zone coincidence right there. A bit spooky. Speight is just my surname, so no mystery there much as I still love Commander Keen after all these years, I thought I'd amuse people here seeing as someone saw fit to start a thread for me for reasons I have no idea why, I have a very boring life. Speight is Dutch/German for 'woodpecker'. I've been following the forum since for fan games, but have felt no reason to contribute because I'm a socially reclusive twat, but that's looking to change. Carry on with your lives, good day to you all. May the road rise to meet your feet.
