What sort of problem are you having? Is it telling you that the version of Keen 5 is unrecognized? Did you decompress the Keen 5 executable by using it with UNLZEXE (doing so should create a file called "KEEN5E.OLZ")? Did you run "GO5.BAT" on either DOS or the DOSBox emulator?

Have you read the instructions in the "Readme.txt" that's included with the levelpack files? I just re-downloaded Keen Asylum from the KeenWiki link you posted, followed the instructions, and it worked just fine for me. At least the following from the instructions should be followed:

To play Keen Asylum, unzip [l.dr_witherstone.k5.2003-11-13.zip] to a specific place, and copy
the following Keen 5 (VERSION 1.4 ONLY) files to that directory
KEEN5E.EXE
GAMEMAPS.CK5
AUDIO.CK5
EGAGRAPH.CK5

Unzip Keen5e.exe by
1. Dragging it over UNLZEXE.EXE or
2. opening a command prompt and typing: UNLZEXE KEEN5E.EXE

Play the game by running 'GO5.BAT'

If you have Keen 5, but it's not version 1.4, we do have upgrade/downgrade patches. They might be helpful, although I haven't tried any of them out yet, so use at your own risk. If you don't have Keen 5, you can get it for only a few bucks on either Steam or GOG.com.

It looks like you have many other files in the same folder. Could you please try making a new folder for only this game? Extract the ZIP to a new folder and add only AUDIO.CK5, EGAGRAPH.CK5, and KEEN5E.EXE from the original game.

If you are updating an older version of Keen 5 to v1.4, make sure to run the updater (5keen14) before the UNLZEXE step.

Did you run UNLZEXE.EXE with KEEN5E.EXE (that is: drag-and-drop KEEN5E.EXE into UNLZEXE.EXE)? That will create a file called KEEN5E.OLZ. After that, run GO5.BAT and it should work now.
