Planet Cloudius IX
Re: Planet Cloudius IX
That's a different area. Load a save that has completed the first jungle level.

Re: Planet Cloudius IX
I've restarted the game and gone thru it again on Easy difficulty. I've managed to complete all levels EXCEPT Twisted Tower and Zombaiotlet Mayhem! If anyone has discovered these levels please DM me how!
This game is very neat BTW
Edit: Jungle Post has x2 red keys. Is there a use for the 2nd key?

This is phenomenal (neat?), major thanks to Roobar for creating something as legendary as this. Almost part Keen 4-6, part Sonic CD and early Sonic games, with a dash of old adventure games. Just brilliant!
I am having problems with Guardian Post 1 though. I could not find out how to get into the basement at the bottom right of the level, or what appears to be a world above (possibly connected). There are so many switches in the level, it's practically impossible to keep it all straight!

Re: Planet Cloudius IX
I believe that the second key was added just in case the player misses to take the first red key gem. Because once you shoot the moving platform in that specific way that it exits that place, then the platform would never return to that place again and you would not be able to get that red gem, thus making this level unbeatable.stayfrosty wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2024 5:40 Edit: Jungle Post has x2 red keys. Well, I don't remember the sequence because it was a while ago, but if you're still stuck on this level, maybe watch a video of someone who has played through that level. For example https://youtu.be/3fHfzEOzfuc?si=7nJc6piiEqDTdWsE Maybe that can help.
