Hi there.
I recently found myself wanting to replay all the official Keen games.
I have both the GOG pack 1-5 and the id Anthology. The work well enough in DOSBox, but I really want to play them i Commander Genius.
Ther are some issues with them thou, and I can't really get 6 and Dreams to play.
How do I know which versions CGenius requires? My versions are detected as unkowns versions and then they crash when starting.
Best way to play the official Keen games?

Pretty much all of the tools/mods/engines/etc that exist should work with the versions included in the GOG and Steam packs (which are versions 1.31 for the Vorticons trilogy, and 1.4 for Goodbye Galaxy).
Commander Genius should support those versions, you'll just need to point it at the right files (in Steam, these are in the base1/–base5/ directories, in the GOG pack, they're in KEEN1/–KEEN5/).
Equally, Chocolate Keen (for Invasion of the Vorticons), and Omnispeak (for Goodbye Galaxy) should work with those versions.
As for 6 and Dreams, there are many more versions about, but the best supported are 1.13 Shareware (for Dreams), and 1.4 (for Aliens Ate My Babysitter — though v1.5 may also work, and fixes some important bugs). Reflection HLE also should work for Keen Dreams (and supports lots of versions), and Omnispeak supports both v1.4 and v1.5 of Keen6, though you may need to copy a few files around.
