Lzzy Hale has corroborated with several other artists. Most of those songs are good too. My favorite is a song called Mercy she does with a band called The Native Howl.Benvolio wrote: Mon Aug 18, 2025 20:02 I saw Halestorm supporting Maiden recently. Thought they were really good. I must listen to them more.

Megadeth's "final" album will be released Jan 2026. It's self-titled. They already have a single released called Tipping Point.Benvolio wrote: Wed Oct 08, 2025 20:19 In a fortnight's time, I will be seeing Megadeth live!

The new album sounds like it's going to follow Dystopia and The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead as far as heaviness and speed is concerned. Dave began to favor melody over aggression starting with Youthanasia and bottomed out at Risk (I didn't hate Risk as much as most long-time fans did, but agreed it was Megadeth's worst album), then he started to gradually bring back the heaviness with The World Needs a Hero and beyond.
What has always amused me in the metal community, after Dave was booted from Metallica, most metal fans were pushing and shoving at who is the better band. Those who loved Metallica hated Megadeth, those who loved Megadeth hated Metallica. There never seemed to be an in-between. Having the unpopular opinion, I like both bands. Granted, I prefer Metallica but I like Megadeth too. The one thing that irks me is Dave needs to stop dwelling on his firing and refrain from bashing other musicians, which never did him any favors. He has built his own legacy and he has nothing to be ashamed of.
Never got to see Megadeth live. I hope I do before he really does retire. Dave said this next album and supporting tour would be it. Then again, how many times did Ozzy retire before he was retired against his will? Shout out to the Ozzman!

Albums
A Charlie Brown Christmas Soundtrack
Buckethead: Raindrops On Christmas
Buckethead: Holiday Lights
Buckethead: Decorating
Scott Weiland: The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year
The Entire A Perfect Circle Discography
Wii Forecast Channel Soundtrack
Songs
Guns N' Roses: Nothin' (I have a demo from 2000 that was very incomplete. It's cool to hear what this song turned into later on.)
Guns N' Roses: Atlas (Not bad, but the version I have from 2000 sounds a lot better. You just don't replace a solo from Brian May.)
Scott Weiland: If I Could Fly (released by his estate on December 3rd, the anniversary of his death. An unreleased song from 2000.)
Buckethead: Cookies For Santa
Buckethead: Dancing In The Snow played on nylon string
Zak Starkey: Children Of The Revolution (A cover of the T. Rex song. Intended for a charity album, issues with its release resulted in the first 3 minutes being leaked by Zak. Assuming it's legit, the entire song just leaked a couple days ago. Personnel include Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan, Elton John, Ringo Starr, and of course, Zak Starkey (Ringo Starr's son.)

Re: What Music Are You Listening To?
I'm with Mobiethian, that is a solid list Syllypryde!
Just like Mobiethian, I've mostly been listening to Christmas music. My personal favorite is the Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack.
For New Year's, I've also been listening to different renditions of Auld Lang Syne, as well as a playlist of Scottish folk songs by Barry Taylor.

As a person who quite thouroughly enjoys listening to wordless 2010's electronic music, I feel the need to post my playlist that I listen to.
I also have the need to mention that because of already stated fact, I know nothing about what everyone else here listens to. But that's perfectly fine by me.
