There might be, but I don't know about any of them being released to the public.
For example, I have heard that, when the rights to Keen Dreams were sold, the new owner also obtained the LBM image files from which all the sprites and tile images were grabbed. I haven't seen these image files myself, so I don't know if they contain any tile images that aren't included in any of the various releases.
Similar source files might exist for Keen 4, 5 and 6 as well, recovered from the same backup medium as the original source code for these games, but it doesn't look like the current id software is going to release any of that to the public.
