Favorite piece of bad English
What's your favorite piece of bad english/engrish in a game?
For me it's a toss-up between:
I AM ERROR. - Zelda 2
PRESS START TO RICH - Mario Lottery (a terrible unlicensed Mario game starring Fortran, a guy who uses pig's blood for mouthwash.)

Do I even have to mention the best of all?
In A.D. 2101
War was beginning
What happen?
Someone set us up the bomb
We get signal
What?
Main screen turn on
It's you
How are you gentlemen
All your base are belong to us
You are on your way to destruction
What you say
You have no chance to survive make your time
HAHAHA
- Zero Wing (the entire intro scene is full of engrish)

shaking it up a little.
"You Spoony Bard!" - Final Fantasy II (US)/IV (Japan, and US re-releases)
Every re-release has been translated far better than the comically bad original US localisation. Every re-release has, by popular demand, included this line anyways.
of course, some classics such as "A WINNER IS YOU" and "THIS STORY IS HAPPY END" are always great.

I think bugs bunny's crazy castle ended with "YOU AM GOOD PLAYER" or something like that.
Sword of Mana (Final Fantasy Adventure)'s re-release was ridiculously oversaturated with text. Every dialogue was like a 20 minute cutscene I swear. And they even did the dastardly deed of putting the longest, unskippable dialogue before the torturously difficult final boss. Those translators really have to draw a line somewhere between engrish laziness and trying too hard to be "epic" or whatever that filler bulcrapfucl is.

I AM ERROR wasn't actually a bad translation, it was a joke name. There's another guy named Bagu (as in, I AM BAGU) which IS an error because his name's supposed to be BUG. ERROR, BUG, get it? Get it? Hilarious!
Anyways, my favorite engrish can be encountered at the very beginning of Metal Gear for the NES:
"I FEEL ASLEEP!"

Actually, it's a translation error (heh) where his name was supposed to be Errol.Flaose wrote:I AM ERROR wasn't actually a bad translation, it was a joke name. EDIT: apparently, both are theories.

Gotta go with "all your base are belong to us" on this one.

I was aware there were many horrible translations in games but since I haven't played almost any of them (literally none of the ones mentioned here) I had only seen (in screenshots) All Your Base.
I did a search and here's one rather ironic.
Edit: This one cracked me up...
