Here is where to post about the latest Commander Keen fangame or modification you've finished, a new website you've made, or another Keen-related creation.

I was going to make a batchfile menu for Shmaynoria. It would be a simple menu that would let you choose between two difficulty levels, enable/disable music, view readme, switch palettes, or exit.

You could use a similar idea for Bananasaurus. :)

Code: Select all

tsrmusic.com
ck1patch BANANA1.pat
tsrmusic.com /u
And make cuts so all thats left is this:

Code: Select all

ck1patch BANANA1.pat

That's basically what I did. It crashes, presumably because there are calls to the driver from the program, which without the driver loaded are not intercepted and are trated as some form of unrecognised interrupt...

Yeah, you probably also want to remove the interrupt detail in the patch file.

You have to install the tsr, because the patch file replaces int 8 call with int 0x55 or whatever the custom one used for the TSR was.

The IMF isn't bigger than 32 kb is it?

ATTENTION: I have an important announcement!

As of today, May 29, 2011, Mink is the first one to have entered the Secret Level and sent me screenshot evidence! This monumental occasion is sure to be rewarded in the future ;)

What a coincidence that you bumped this today, Fleexy.
I just made a new thread.
Sorry, it's in RAR format, not ZIP. I hope that's not a problem.

That sort of is a problem. But I guess there's no time like the present to get WinRAR. :crazy
