Not exactly. We could try for a Commander Keen two player mod with... you guessed it, COSMO! XD

*dumped into a space trash chute, then gets run over by a Star Truck*
Cosmo II: HUMANIZED!!! Progress:
Graphics: 15% Complete
Story: 100% Complete
Music: 5% Complete
Programming Modifications: 5% Complete (FINALLY! SOME PROGRESS!)

And prequel where keen and mortimer are still friends fits perfectly with smallville
Nah, we're quite certain they were bitter enemies from day one!

On the contrary, they are quite faithful to the style! Honestly, they should be considered cannon, more so than the GBC game!

My opinion: Keen 7-9 are official cannon! At least until Tom Hall and/or id come out with a proper Keen game!

I consider Ceilick's Keens 7-9 to be canon because of their continuation on the storyline, the same graphical style, and their general greatness.

The only canon decree of canonness can come from the same person who said he doesn't think that GBC is canon.

That is a cannon, the "Tzar Pushka" in the Kremlin, if I'm not mistaken 8)

As for canon... I also consider Keens 7/8/9 to be part of it. Their quality is easily on par with the original Keen games.

I'm sure every Keen player has dreamt of chance ot face Mort directly in combat. That's just one of the cool things this new trilogy can give you.

Well, there wuz a big brouhaha 'bout the end of the world in 2012. And as I know humanity, soon they shall figure out yet another date for the "end of ze world". Many world's end prophets mentioned alien races, like reptoids, annunakis, krixkraxians, lumbulabians and so on. Maybe the next mod should be an alien invasion ,this time, on Earth.

AFAIK, the "Invasion of the Vorticons" actually never happened, since only Spot landed on Earth, becoming Keen's pet martian, the others were just hovering above the planet.
