The Unofficial TUIT Revision Betas
The Unofficial TUIT Revision Betas
Been working on this off and on the past months. I think most bugs and issues have been addressed, but I'm doubtful everything's been covered, so before adding this to the release thread I thought I'd let anyone interested do some testing.
Lots of tweaking was done to levels, graphics, and texts. The Warpcore especially received a lot of revision which should hopefully solve the annoying music issues it had before.
The one major thing that I wanted to have in the revision that isn't here is a brief dialog between Keen and Mortimer taking place in the Warpcore. Maybe we'll see that in the future.
Please let me know of any bugs, unfair/unbalanced areas in levels, typos, etc. Again, this is just to work out the final kinks before 'officially' releasing version 2.

Special thanks to Lemm, Mink, and Mr. M for working with me on a lot of the fixes here. Also thanks to a lot of you for the vigorous playing and bug reporting.

Edit: Now servicing Keen 8, Dead in the Desert!

Awesome, I'll test it as soon as I can. Btw, what's that strange monster in your avatar, Ceilick?
EDIT: In the "The Game" section, Help Menu, at page 12, the word "in" seems to be missing from "...enemies (in) this episode." At the same page, replace "cleanliness" with "cleanness".
Also, in Warpcore, Keen seems to be able to pass through the block here by jumping at it from below:

Thanks for the feedback on the bugs so far, I'll update the link shortly.
@Grimson: Lol at Keen's face in your screenshot, bug should be fixed now. Also pretty sure 'cleanliness' is the proper word.
Regarding my avatar: It's something I drew recently that I'm pretty proud of. It is for a mod, but I haven't announced the project on the forum since there isn't a whole lot to show for it. I may do so soon, though.

just checking to see if the shikadiville and workshop shortcuts are resolved...
nope, the shikadiville one is unresolved, but the workshop one is now undoable in med/hard.
can we have a changelog?

If I kept one I'd post it, but unfortunately I've been working on this so sporadically I don't remember everything that was changed.
Off the top of my head:
-Defense Tower surth had it's level size reduced slightly and the starting area modified
-the warpcore design is heavily modified, especially the first and second fuse areas
-The game is now completed when Keen drops from the bridge in the Warpcore instead of needing to land and exit
-the red gem shortcut in Mortimer's workshop shouldn't be possible in medium and hard
-Shivonia city underwent some enemy balancing
-ammo distribution was probably modified slightly throughout the game
-some of the music has been slightly tweaked for file size
-various spelling errors
-Mortimer's pants are now black instead of blue (same style as Netkeen)
Between the v2 beta 1 and 2:
-fixed the corndogs by the chute in the secret area of level 1
-fixed the platform issue at the start of the warpcore
-added "in" to the introduction of the enemies in "the game" section
-fixed an issue with some stray pixels in the Jotundra mountains
-fixed a masking issue with some tiles in Fort Yetisburg
-fixed the ending screens so that Mortimer's pants are black there as well
