So everyone, today I'm turning 20 years old. I wanted to make a thread about this because I was 15 years old when I registered here.
and I still love Commander Keen. I still dream about being a superhero, saving the earth and coming home before dinner.
I feel more like 15 than 20.
It has been a great almost-5-years so far. (I may not have been the most active member the last months, but I do lurk.)
I've been playing Commander Keen my whole life. I guess we will never outgrow each other.

It's pretty amazing that we've kept the community alive for this long, and I hope it lasts at least another 25 years. Maybe someday we'll be interviewed for the history channel about how Commander Keen was an alien conspiracy to revive JFK.

I turn 22 this year, and I am feeling very, very old.
Maybe that's due to having a kid and being unfulfilled in life.

But anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
You could always flood your life with nostalgia and track down everything that made you happy as a kid. After age 21, memories of that period start to fade. :/

That's kind of exactly what I've been doing, but it's very unsatisfying.
