Here is where to post about the latest Commander Keen fangame or modification you've finished, a new website you've made, or another Keen-related creation.

It was beta number 3, the latest and (not so) greatest. Do we need to be reminded the sequel exists while this one is still a beta?

It will never not be a beta; 'beta' is an excuse for 'there may be bugs'.

The hilarious thing about that is the game freezes by touching the cockroach enemies. I think I'm in that wreck city level nospike mentioned. You might want to cut down on sprites on those two levels he said.

You are going to edit this, right?

nnnnope ;)

but thats weird, i never had a problem with touching the cockroaches. strange. plus also i dont think theres any sprite collision with the roaches so it must be keen that somehow causes it to happen. very weird.

but yeah i always had memory problems with the Wreck City level.

So it goes, different computer setups, odd bugs.

Holding down cntrl on this new fangled mac os x 11.something.number causes a bunch of evil desktop window-rearranging shortcuts to happen and doesn't let me use cheat codes. Maybe I'll try continuing on another PC, but I'm motivated more by cheating past the level than seeing if it doesn't crash.

Kind of taking a longshot here posting in this topic, but I desperately need some help concerning the vault level.

I've seen the secret area next to the exit in the upper left corner, but for the life of me I just can't figure out how to get there and it's slowly but surely driving me insane.

First I thought "easy, the entry pipe you drop down from must be hiding a passage to that place, thats the last place anyone would be looking for it", then I tried looking for hidden doors everywhere and checking every wall and ceiling for secret passages, but so far I've found buggerall and have now officialy ran out of places to check.

How am I not getting this? It can't really be that difficult, can it?

I know you hid the MEGACUPCAKE up there Bernie! I MUST HAVE IT...

So I've been replaying this lately, and I'm curious... the text screen when you quit the game mentions finding V8 in your soul, Jimmy LaRook, and the Humble Narrator. Do those exist in the game, and if so, how would I recognize them? Or is this just a joke?
