SDL Mixer inclusion

after many late complains about the sound system I finally decided to try it with SDL_Mixer and got hooked up.

I really did not want to do this, but since on Linux CG runs fine regarding the audio but on some Windows systems there are a lot of issues, I think it is better using that mixer and start removing my old mixer code. It had many issues from the beginning, so why not? It has been for years running and working. I am not sure why it fails so hard lately. Especially in the 2.0 Release it got worse somehow.

I made some tests now and it runs fine. When the last annoyance are removed in the next days I will upload two other version of the 2.0 and 2.1 series. Just to let you know on what I have been lately.

Well, that was an investment. When ready I will go back to multiplayer. There are a lot of awesome new things and of course even with Python based Commander Keen (MoMGalaxy).
