Oh that's really cool! A lot of progress and improvements since the last beta!
So there are still several bugs and weird stuff going on, like getting stuck in doors or getting out of the level borders, but it's ok since it's still an early beta. I wonder if the slow reload time is intentionally that long or it's something that will be fixed in future versions? I mean it's slower even than in the original keens.

can you show me or tell me which level you can out of bounds and in which episode you get stuck in doors? I try to find all bugs and solve them but I need specific information about them. Thanks!

Perfect, will be fixed until Sunday with some other bugs, glitches and improvements! Then 0.0.7b will be released!

ChangeLog so far:
- fixed Keen parts visible when exiting a level (Keen 1)
- fixed rotated laser sprite (Keen 1-3)
- fixed stuck enemies (Keen 1 & 3)
- fixed fallthrough stones (keen 1)
- fixed boundary break (Keen 3)
- fixed stuck on boundary or doors (Keen 1-3)
- fixed Level 4 shown falsely as done (Keen 3)
- fixed inaccessible level (Keen 3)
- fixed Butler Robot old sprite when turning (Keen 1)
- fixed Yorp died after stun (jumping on head) (Keen 1)
- fixed Garg spritesheet (Keen 1)
- adjusted text speed at yorp statues (Keen 1)
- adjusted story text skip speed (Keen 1-3)
- adjusted Tank Robot (stops when shoots) (Keen 1)
- adjusted Laser collision (Keen 1-3)
- added "any key" skip for game start disclaimer
- changed shoot delay 100->25 frames (Keen 1-3)
- removed developer "god" key (Keen 3)

Things I hope will finish at the weekend:
3 different Key setups you can choose: Keen 1-3 / Keen 4-6 / Modern

I assume the R key? Don't remove that key. I'm having way too much fun abusing it. Plus it helps when get stuck at places. You need to implement some kind of saving system.

no but in keen 3 press f12 ^^ - this will be removed - or do you all want to keep the "god" mode for testing, but in Keen 1-3?

R - Key stays - just a level restart key ^^

That's unfortunate. So what I think is going on is that someone at Zeminax gets paid to watch for suspicious Commander Keen (or other ip) videos or activity and when he sees such, he sends a c&d letter. I presume that's what has happened when that guy asked for your email.

Anyway, now you'll also need to change the name of the game as well...

Unfortunately, this also confirms that now he's also watching this forum as well.

Maybe they should take into account that if they treated the franchise properly instead of doing... whatever the hell it is they're doing... maybe games like this wouldn't need to exist. They really have no one to blame but themselves here - oh well, we can do our part by making sure we don't buy their game (or play it without an adblocker, if it's ad-supported).

They should take into account, but they won't. Obviously the whole situation is far from good. Not only our forum community is so small that it's on the verge of extinction, but it's aslo suppressed by a big company. I feel like I want to move to the Sonic community. At least they are treated well and right, unlike what zenimax is doing.

Also, we need an answer to as wether existing or future mods and existing content will be banhammered by them as well or not. It's really important question and we need an answer asap. What if tomorrow they decide to shutdown the whole forum? Or if they decide to shutdown all the mods for no reason whatsoever? If someone from zenimax is reading this, we need some answers...

I would guess they only care about this fangame due to the similar assets creating potential for confusion with the legitimate product. I would hope it's not worth their time to pursue random mod/fangame creators. But I could be wrong. Might be best to keep a low profile on projects until the Keen IP returns once again to oblivion. Well, I think it already has since the announcement, but at least until Zenimax stops caring about the mobile game.

I'd like to try more of this game when I have time. Looks really impressive.

Ok, I will change any sprites which can be related to ZeniMax and change the Games name.

Next release will be free from any zenimax sprites so it will take a little until I changed everything.

new Title of the game will be:
KEEN - A fan`s tribute
