1 Australian dollar = 1.0032 U.S. dollars

now is a good time to be buying stuff in australian dollars. yes for the 2nd time since the aud was floated in 1983. the aussie was broken above parity with the greenback economists are predicting that it will go down to 93 us cents within the next few months if it goes below 80 cents i might consider getting a cash passport in usd instead of aud for my trip to the states in may 2011
If you can't change the rules, challenge them, rules are made to be broken

That's still the only way I can get stuff off of my old laptop (it has a CD drive, plus a magnetic backup tape slot and some sort of weird serial buses on the back), and unfortunately now that my desktop computer is in storage it's the only computer we have that will take them. :( I don't think it's worth the investment for a USB floppy drive, since I don't use the old thing that much, but maybe a converter to USB will fit one of the buses on the back and let me access it that way. /still less offtopic than above post

The sequel is almost as bad.

There's some clips of Doom in it, and ID Software is listed in the credits.

Ah, the days when copy-protection was entirely based on trust.

This probably encourages copying floppies more than it is discouraging it. Who wouldn't want to be able to have a ridiculous song like that to copy their floppies to?

Man, we had Keen 4, Monster Bash and Cosmo's Cosmic Adventure. Pretty sure they got thrown out though. FML.

I used to have original floppies of Monster Bash, but my sister smashed them with a hammer when I was 7.

It's still my favorite game of all time, but now I cannot find floppies for it anywhere.

Good thing I copied that floppy.
